Description

Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) measures heart and lung function during physical exertion.
By analyzing oxygen uptake (VO2), carbon dioxide output (VCO2) and ventilation, CPET provides important insights into the functioning of the heart, lungs and muscles and it´s interaction. It helps to diagnose, monitor and treating of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.

GANSHORN spirozeptor

The GANSHORN flow sensor spirozeptor is the central element of the ergospirometry system. With its variable, orifice it provides precise respiratory measurements that are unaffected by saliva or vibrations. The lightweight sensor (29 g) is ideal for children, critically ill patients and competitive athletes. It offers minimal resistance, can be used with a mask or mouthpiece, complies with ERS/ATS guidelines and is easy to clean with no drying time. This enables high patient throughput with low dead space and no inertia.

LFX software

The LFX software was developed for healthcare professionals and offers user-friendly patient management. It simplifies all practice and clinic tasks and is intuitive to use. With state-of-the-art technology (.NET, C#, SQL database), LFX sets new standards in respiratory diagnostics and complies with ATS/ERS guidelines. The software supports the 9-panel Wasserman plot, precise breath-by-breath measurements, and offers a 12-lead ECG and blood gas integration. The LFSport module extends the software with ergospirometry, lactate diagnostics and training plans. It enables the automatic import of LFX results, the development of individual training programs and the determination of the anaerobic threshold and the respiratory compensation point.
